In loving memory
Sakina was our grandmother.
Her kindness, and her instinct to help anyone in need, stayed with everyone who loved her. Sakina Legacy is how our family carries it forward — starting with the most direct help there is: a hot meal, handed over in person.

Who she was
A grandmother who cared.
Sakina’s compassion, and her instinct to help people in need, shaped everyone who loved her.
We are her family. For us, the best way to honour her is to keep doing the kind of thing she cared about — noticing people who are struggling, and helping in a way that respects them.
What we carry forward
Three things she’d recognise.
- 01
Compassion
Start from the person in front of you, not from a plan on paper.
- 02
Dignity
A meal handed over by someone who looks you in the eye and treats you with respect.
- 03
Openness
Show supporters what really happens, and say plainly what isn’t done yet.

Why meals first
The most direct help there is.
A hot meal changes someone’s day immediately. It needs no application form and no waiting list, and we can see with our own eyes that it reached the person it was meant for.
That is why Sakina Legacy begins with meals, for people in need across Pakistan. As we grow, we hope to follow her lead into other kinds of care — but only once we can do them properly.
What we do today
