Questions people ask

Straight answers.

Is Sakina Legacy a registered charity?

Registration details have not been confirmed for publication yet. We will publish them here as soon as they are, and we won’t describe ourselves as registered until then.

How do I know my money buys meals?

Right now you can see the photographs and film from our distributions. Next, we will publish dated reports with meal counts and costs, so you can check the work against the money.

Will you share photos of the people you help?

Only with care. We photograph distributions to show supporters the work, never to exploit anyone’s circumstances.

Are gifts tax-deductible?

We make no claim that they are. If that changes, we will say so here with the details.
